    From runsheets, to vendor coordination to wrangling the guests, I’ve got you covered so you can relax and enjoy the ride.

    I will arrive 1 hour prior to the ceremony and leave shortly after.

Legals Only Registry Style- From $550

  • Just get us hitched!
    Perfect for couples who want the official part done without all the bells and whistles.

    It’s a registry-style ceremony, but in a location that means something to you: beachside, backyard, favourite café, or even on your couch. Quick, simple, and still special.

  • A legals-only ceremony focused on the legally required words under the Marriage Act

    Pre-wedding meeting to complete legal paperwork (minimum 1 month prior)

    Option to include your own personal vows (if you’d like)

    Lodgement of legal paperwork with BDM

    Travel within 1 hour of Newcastle

    Up to 10 guests

  • Ceremony runs for under 10 minutes

    Pre-ceremony catch-up required at least 1 month in advance

  • Couples who want to be legally married without the fuss of a big event.
    Ideal for elopements, formalities before an overseas wedding, or low-key lovers who want something meaningful but minimal.

    Please note: This package is not available on Saturdays

 FAQ’s

    • A deposit of $200 is required to secure your preferred wedding date and time, with the outstanding balance to be settled 1 month prior to the wedding ceremony.

      • Cancelled weddings will incur a cost to business and deposit fees will not be refunded.

      • Cancelations beyond control will be at the discretion of Ben Jones Celebrancy.

    • An initial no strings attached- one hour free face to face or video call meet and greet.

    • The scripting and conducting of your wedding ceremony,

    • Unlimited phone/email communication

    • Support Writing your Vows if required

    • Lodging of all legal marriage documents with Births, Deaths & Marriages

    • Weddings over an hour from Newcastle CBD will incur a travel cost of $1.50 per km starting 1 hour from Newcastle CBD or on mutual agreement for destination weddings.

    • My 60min rehearsal fee is $350 within a 1 hour radius of Newcastle and is subject to availability.

  • MC-Only Package
    Looking for someone to bring energy, laughs, and structure to your reception (without the awkward family jokes)?
    5 hours of professional MC service – $1,000

  • You will receive a marriage certificate on the day and your marriage will be registered. However, this is not the official certificate issued by the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages that is required for either

    • A legal name change

    • Applying for an overseas visa

    For these finctions, …you’ll need to order the official marriage certificate directly from Births, Deaths & Marriages after your wedding.

    Costs (as of June 2025):

    • Standard: $60

    • Priority: $88

    Please know, this does not affect the validity of your marriage and there is no deadline — you can apply at any time in the future. Generally it is advised to do this after your honeymoon to avoid any issues with ticketing, passports etc.
